Dear Campion Church Family,
As we enter this season of giving and gratitude, I’m excited to invite you to participate in our 2024 Christmas Offering, running from December 1st through December 31st. This is a unique opportunity to honor God and make an eternal impact by giving sacrificially, above and beyond our regular offerings.
At this time of year, many churches, including ours, experience a financial lag as giving during the year doesn’t always keep pace with the needs of ministry. December becomes a critical month for closing that gap and preparing to enter the new year strong. This year, we are trusting God for a goal of $60,000, and we are counting on every person to step up and be part of this effort.
December is the time when we, like many churches, rely on faithful giving to ensure that no ministry is hindered and all commitments are fulfilled as we enter the new year. Together, we can make this possible!
Your participation is vital to ensuring that our ministries continue to thrive, our campus remains a welcoming and functional place, and our community feels the tangible love of Christ.
Our Goal: $60,000
Here’s how your generosity will make a difference:
Closing the Budget Gap
This offering is not to fund next year but to close the financial gap in 2024, ensuring we finish the year strong.
Throughout the year, Campion Church has stepped out in faith to meet significant needs and minister to our community:
Your giving doesn’t just fund programs; it enables transformation, connection, and hope.
Throughout the year, Campion Church has stepped out in faith to meet significant needs and minister to our community:
- Discovering Revelation: This fall’s evangelistic series reached many people in our community, resulting in several baptisms and ongoing Bible studies with many more. Stories like Debbie Pittman’s, who began her journey through
- Mindfit and was baptized during the series, remind us of the eternal impact we are making together.
- Journey to the Cross: Our walk-through Jerusalem experience during Easter engaged thousands, bringing the story of Christ to life for both church members and our neighbors.
- Vacation Bible School: This summer, we shared the gospel with children and families, planting seeds of faith that will last a lifetime.
- Real Help for Grieving Hearts: This seminar ministered to those in need and equipped attendees to care for others navigating grief.
Your giving doesn’t just fund programs; it enables transformation, connection, and hope.
Strengthening Our Campus
Your gifts will also allow us to make critical improvements to our facilities, ensuring our church remains welcoming and functional:
- Complete much-needed concrete work on the back patio. This has become a safety issue, and we need to address it as soon as possible.
- Add more 8’ tables to accommodate the growing number of events and ministries on our campus. This past Sabbath during our Adopt-a-Student reveal potluck, we had to pull out every single table we could possibly use. We’re realizing we need more.
- Fellowship Hall Upgrades: We’ll remove outdated AC units and install an electric fireplace, creating a comfortable and inviting space for fellowship and ministry.
Blessing Our Community
A portion of your gift will extend beyond our walls to bring hope and help to those in need through:
- House of Neighborly Service: For over 60 years, this Loveland nonprofit has provided food, clothing, and financial assistance to families and individuals in crisis. Your contribution will directly support their mission to restore hope and stability to our neighbors.
- Adventist Community Services: From disaster relief to community care, this organization helps meet urgent needs with compassion and Christ’s love.
How to Give
- In Person: Use the special Christmas Offering envelope provided during the service.
- Online: Visit our giving page and select “Christmas Offering” for secure giving.
- By Mail: Return your gift in the provided envelope to Campion Church.
James 1:27 reminds us: “Pure and undefiled religion before God the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.” This offering is an opportunity to live out that calling—to serve those in need, maintain God’s house, and prepare for the ministry ahead.
As you reflect on God’s blessings this year, prayerfully consider what your best sacrificial gift might be—a gift that not only closes the gap but transforms lives for eternity.
I can’t wait to see how God will work through your generosity this Christmas and the lives that will be changed because of it.
Blessings,
