CAMPION CHURCH THIS SABBATH
While the confusing and often contradictory reports are fast and furious, there have been some increase in Covid numbers in Larimer County. The state has given a two-week probation to evaluate those numbers here. The good news is that by far the cases in our area, according to Larimer County Health, have not been serious. But there is generally great caution and if the virus was spread into our church community and schools, it would impact our ministry on this campus. So I ask of you, remain vigilant in our health and hygiene practices and while indoors, wearing a mask and maintaining space. -Pr. Micheal Goetz
Sabbath Morning Schedule
- Adult Sabbath School: At the time of this publication nobody can meet in the new edition this week. Adult classes will have to give up space to children's classes for another week. Please meet in your regular class spaces for one more week.
- Children’s Division classes continue for kindergarten, primary, juniors, and earliteens. We will start with a group song service all together at 9:30am outside in the shade of one of the trees on the south side of the church. From there, we will divide into our separate classes.
- As much as possible please have your child wear a mask. Thank you for your corporation.

Unlikely Heroes: Jephthah by Michael Morss 8/1/20 Sermon Clip
In 1910, President Theodore Roosevelt gave a speech in Paris, France, titled “Citizenship in a Republic.” In it, there is a passage that is now widely referred to as “The Man in the Arena,” a rousing call to be more than just critics who sit on the sidelines, but to throw yourself in the arena with courage. There’s a particular echo of this notion in the story of Deborah, which also contains one of the goriest stories in the Bible. Join us as we uncover the drama of “The Woman in the Arena.” Welcome to Campion [in person or OnlineI]
