Rodlie Ortiz

Rodlie Ortiz, D.Min., is the Lead Pastor at Campion Church. Previously, he served on the pastoral team of Pioneer Memorial Church on the campus of Andrews University for twelve years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Southern Adventist University, a Master of Divinity degree from Andrews University, and earned his Doctor of Ministry degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. In his personal life, he is happily married to Iveth, who is a dedicated special education teacher. Together, they are blessed with two wonderful sons, Jonathan and Daniel.

Leandro Bizama

Leandro Bizama is the Associate Pastor of Worship and Evangelism at Campion Church. Native Argentinean, he holds degrees in Music and Theology from Southwestern Adventist University. Previously, he worked at South Texas Christian Academy as the School Pastor and Bible Teacher and as Music Director/Bible Teacher at Mile High Academy, Ozark Adventist Academy, and Delap SDA School in the Marshall Islands. Leandro is a pastor at heart with a passion for youth ministry and teaching. He always enjoys good conversations about deep subjects, and as a nature and science lover, he has always appreciated honest dialogues about creation evidence that hears all perspectives. Pastor Leandro also likes to compose, write, preach, conduct, play and sing whenever he can.

Joshua Hester

Joshua Hester is the Associate Pastor of Evangelism and Discipleship Ministries. Before joining the team, Joshua pastored in Waterloo, IA for three years, and prior to that, served in Council Bluffs, IA from 2016-2018. Joshua holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from Union University and a Master of Divinity degree from Andrews University. In addition to ministry, he is passionate about music, especially the piano, and enjoys playing basketball and soccer. Fitness is also an important part of his life, and he regularly works out at the gym. Having spent nearly two years living in Honduras and Colombia, Joshua is fluent in Spanish and brings a multicultural perspective to his ministry. As a self-proclaimed foodie, he loves trying new cuisines from all over the world. He has been happily married to Mayra Hester since October, 2020.

Teresa Johansen

Teresa Johansen grew up in the small farming town of Yuma in Northeast Colorado.  "My family of eight, with six kids, of which I am number five, grew up on a farm and was active with extended family and church.  I am the mother of two boys, Alex and Damian, who are the loves of my life. I came to Campion so they could attend Adventist schools and I could live by family.  I have worked for the Campion church since 2009 as well as other areas on campus. The best part of my job is getting to know people and helping ministries be successful.  I love to read, spend time with family and play a few sports on the side."
