July 2019 Update
It’s been an exciting summer.
We broke ground in June on the building addition and currently have the footers/foundation in and are looking forward to having the slab poured soon. We have nearly arrived at the $2 million goal through commitments and contributions. Although because of a few unexpected costs and commitments that weren’t able to be fulfilled we have a little left to do.
The early planning included conversations with the county building department in regards to the fire system needed. They had indicated one option would be appropriate, and the plans were made for that. However in the end, they settled on a decision that the building needed fire alarm and sprinklers throughout. This was doable but added an additional $60k-70k that was not planned for because of the earlier conversations. We continue to trust God has raised up and provided for this building and will continue to.
Thank you for being a part of this, and we continue to pray God will use this addition as He has our current building - to grow His kingdom.

April 2018 Arise and Build Update
To date [April 24, 2018] we have reached just over $1,397,000 in gifts and commitments.
We are very thankful for the sacrificial and generous giving of so many. While we are still $600,000 away in commitments, we believe God has blessed and brought us this far. So we look with anticipation forward of how it will still be provided.
Capital Campaign: Of the $1,397,000 there is $527,000 in outstanding commitments, some of these have been made over a 3-year time. Some of the commitments in the above total are coming from contractors who are offering their professional services - which is a blessing. The church will meet all together in June to discuss what if any difference remains between the commitments and the overall cost, and for that all are encouraged to prayerfully consider what their commitment can be in May.
Building: The architect firm has begun the process of producing working drawings - which are what the contractors will use to know the specifics for each of the components. When the working drawings are finished, the county will take on the process of issuing the permits. While the goal was for an early summer ground breaking, it looks more realistic that it won’t happen until late summer.
Information can be found online [www.campionchurch.org/build] or with questions you can connect with Pastor Micheal [[email protected]]. If you have made a commitment and have a question on how to fulfill it, the church office can walk you through it 970.667.7403/[email protected].
Thank you for your sacrificial and generous commitment.
Because you have committed and/or already given a gift toward the building addition and the Campion vision to increase our impact on our campus and community we have included you in this monthly update

December 2017 Arise & Build Update
To date, December 27, 2018 we have reached just over $800,000 in gifts and commitments.
Capital Campaign: Of the $800,000, there is $50,000 in outstanding commitments for 2017. The church board and capital campaign committee will be meeting in January and looking at some very significant steps forward. Please let us know how we can help you in completing your commitment.
Building: Our architect and general contractor have been working through several aspects of the special review [such as hydrant water flow, water runoff, etc.] and have arrived at resolution for each of the areas. The next step is in the counties hand as they review the plans.
